Working at Rosey Lea

Current roles:

Full Time Waitress
You will enjoy working at pace with a friendly team in the buzz of a busy tea room environment and, although we provide full training for your role, you will also require the following:
  • previous experience in a customer facing role would be desirable
  • attention to details
  • an interest, or eagerness to learn about, quality tea, coffee and food products
This is a full time role working five days a week one day at the weekend. In return for your commitment we offer excellent raining, good rates of pay and free staff meals whilst at work.




Assistant Cater 
In this role you will take a hands-on approach in all areas of the kitchen, leading a small team through the day to day operations and ensuring the shift runs smoothly. You will also manage stock to budgets, whilst maintaining quality control within the kitchen. You will need to meet the following criteria:
  • experience of working in and organising a busy kitchen, cooking fresh food to order
  • experience and knowledge of working with quality ingredients
  • enjoy working in a team environment and collaboration with colleagues
  • experience of delivering outstanding customer service

You will work 5 days over 7 including at least one day at the weekend. In return we offer competitive salary, development opportunities and free staff meals whilst at work.
