Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of collection or delivery 

  • Orders will be processed within 1 working day, except for weekends (orders placed on weekend add +1-2 days to pick up time)

  • Orders placed after 12noon GMT on Fridays will be processed the following Monday

  • Merchandise will be delivered within 5-7 days of orders being placed

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Merchandise: Postage £5 for all deliveries in the UK

  • Event catering: Delivery within 5 miles only for £50

Collection

  • Collection from all three branches available, please select at checkout

  • Collection on Fridays' before 12 noon only

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

  • You can track your order via Royal Mail

Delivery Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or unforeseen events

Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the unlikely event your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt

  • Provide photos of the damage (if applicable) and proof of purchase

  • We will work to resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement or refund as appropriate
